What You'll Do:
The Indoor Air Quality Specialist is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing HVAC duct systems while providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of indoor air quality and company sponsored programs.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
Complete all air duct cleaning service calls by following company processes and procedures Clean and sanitize HVAC duct systems and dryer vents Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and service club agreements Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals Conduct yourself as a professional and knowledgeable technician to win new referrals and repeat business Maintain a clean, organized job site and a van.
Participate actively in all training exercises and weekly meetings Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, summary of findings, and podium reviews Assist with Retrofit installations during peak seasonal weather events What We'd Like You to Have:
A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position.
